Good News is soon to come...

but not yet. I found out the US Gov't bonds are crap for a while. They're only worth about 60% of their full value, and it's been 8 years since they were issued! Not fair. But, on the other hand, I guess I do have SOME good news. I found out about a Gymnastics place close to me that's pretty inexpensive, so I will be able to get in shape. Fiancee also found out about counseling, and we are soon to go. This will be good, especially as ALL INFORMATION is confidential, and we can get information, ideas, and opinions without being judged. We don't do cocaine, we don't mug people, and we don't attempt suicide. We are simply stressed-out people who had rough childhoods. I haven't been writing in here like I really should write, because i'm seriously stressed about my situation, and cannot get my head around it. Then I realized: this blog is about me. This blog is about the things I do, the things I want to say. And even if you don't get details, maybe you'll want to hear about my life. So here goes: this is gonna take a while (to write).

I recently turned 18, and am the type of person who is just sitting around doing nothing but looking for apartments and ways to make money. My life and mind right now are fixated on finding a job, getting a form of transportation and a place to live, and making it on my own without making my grandmother pay for crap like water & electricity that i'm using. Also? I eat a SHIT-TON of food. The other day I had 2 nectarines, a salad, like 3 packages of candy, pizza pretzels, chips, popcorn, chicken parmigiana, and chicken nuggets. I might lose weight if I live on my own! Speaking of food, I think there's some Ice Cream in the freezer . . .

. . . but anyway. My fiancee is collecting unemployment and has insurance through the unemployment (he was injured on the job), but that might have to end soon, so we'll be even more shitholed. However, if we can both make $200 a week, we can move into an apartment connected to his cousin's apartment, and I have seen the inside, and I WANT IT. For about $800 a month, we get Bedroom, Kitchen, Living Room, Bathroom, and a BASEMENT. Which means i'll have space to store all my junk. I'm a packrat. $200 a week is easy, if we each get min-wage full-time work, we're making over $500 a week combined, which means we can still sock some money away while getting bargain foods, and only getting internet when we can get the laptop to a hotspot.

But, we have beds (crappy as they may be), some furniture, and a fridge comes with the place. Also? If there's no washing machine? I will hand-fucking wash everything. I swear to god. I know I sound too young to bitch about only being at point A and not at point X, but you have no idea how weird I am with family. I'm just not very loving towards them, i'm emotionally distant. It's kinda sad, but at least I grew into my own person. ANYWAY. So off the topic.

I have been reading Jen Lancaster's work again, and i'm amazed at how it only took her two years to be found. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten enough of an organized style of writing to actually compile a book yet, so I guess my practice will be blogging. I don't think i'll be getting royalties and PWNing the business world like she did. but at least maybe I can get a hobby and a job soon. Well, i'm exhausted from all this thinking lately, so I bid you adieu.
